Guided Meditative Prayer

Guided Meditative Prayer – Online

I like Richard Rohr’s understanding – there are three components in the “tricycle” of spiritual growth: Scripture, Tradition, and Experiential. The guided meditative prayer is a spiritual practice to experience the Presence of God within, a living awareness that is available to everyone. As we endeavor to live fully into this notion of Christ’s beloved, contemplation allows for the introspection and self-awareness to carefully uncover and discover our authentic self while staying connected to Holy Spirit. The guided meditative prayer leads us into this realm of spiritual knowing and mystery that requires ongoing practice.

You will be guided in a meditation on a God-inspired words. This practice teaches us to pause and be with our inner world. To empathically listen to our inner struggles and the overlying contradictions to hear Holy Spirit and begin to know we are beloved in an intimate, palpable way. Come as you are with an open mind and heart.
